This Policy applies to all children who may be represented, supported, or otherwise involved through KidsKosmos.
It also applies to:

- Therapists
- Doctors
- Specialists
- Educators
- Experts
- Schools
- Clinics
- Organizations
- Employees
- Contractors
- Service providers
- Volunteers
- Other authorized users
Every person using KidsKosmos has a responsibility to help maintain a safe environment for children.

KidsKosmos follows these core principles:
Safety First
The safety and wellbeing of children takes priority over convenience or platform functionality.
Minimum Necessary Access
Users should only have access to child information and functionality that is necessary for their authorized role.
Appropriate Professional Conduct
Professionals and other users must maintain appropriate boundaries when interacting with children and families.
No Exploitation
KidsKosmos must never be used to exploit children for personal, commercial, sexual, financial, or other improper purposes.
Reporting
Users are encouraged to report suspected child-safety violations immediately.
Action
KidsKosmos may investigate and take appropriate action when child-safety concerns are reported.
4. PROHIBITED CHILD-SAFETY CONDUCT
The following activities are strictly prohibited on KidsKosmos.
4.1 Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation
Users must not:
- Sexually exploit a child.
- Sexualize a child.
- Request sexual content from a child.
- Share sexual content involving a child.
- Encourage sexual behavior involving a child.
- Facilitate sexual exploitation of a child.
- Use the platform to arrange sexual activity involving a child.
4.2 Grooming
Grooming or attempting to establish an inappropriate relationship with a child for exploitative purposes is prohibited.
Prohibited behavior includes:
- Building inappropriate emotional dependency.
- Manipulating a child into secrecy.
- Asking a child to hide communications from parents or guardians.
- Attempting to move inappropriate conversations to private or unauthorized channels.
- Offering inappropriate gifts or incentives.
- Requesting inappropriate photographs or videos.
- Gradually introducing sexual or inappropriate conversations.
- Attempting to meet a child for an improper purpose.
5. UNAUTHORIZED CONTACT WITH CHILDREN
Users must not use KidsKosmos to obtain or use a child’s contact information for unauthorized purposes.
Users must not:
- Contact a child outside their authorized role.
- Request personal contact information unnecessarily.
- Request private social-media accounts.
- Request private messaging accounts.
- Arrange unauthorized meetings.
- Attempt to communicate with a child secretly.
- Circumvent parental or guardian oversight where such oversight is required.
Any communication involving children must be appropriate, necessary, and consistent with the user’s authorized role.
6. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
Professionals using KidsKosmos must maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
Professionals must not:
- Engage in inappropriate personal relationships with children.
- Engage in romantic or sexual communication with children.
- Request inappropriate personal information.
- Encourage secrecy from parents or guardians.
- Use their professional position for personal exploitation.
- Use child information for personal purposes.
- Contact children outside authorized professional channels without appropriate authorization.
Professional interactions should remain focused on the legitimate service being provided.
7. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS AND MEDIA
Users must not upload, request, share, or distribute photographs or videos of children for inappropriate, exploitative, sexual, or unlawful purposes.
Where photographs or videos are uploaded for legitimate KidsKosmos functionality:
- The uploader must have appropriate authorization.
- The content must be relevant to the intended service.
- The content must not contain exploitative or inappropriate material.
- The content must not be shared outside authorized purposes.
Users should avoid uploading unnecessary personal information about children.
8. CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL
KidsKosmos strictly prohibits any content depicting or promoting the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
This includes:
- Uploading.
- Sharing.
- Requesting.
- Creating.
- Distributing.
- Storing.
- Promoting.
- Linking to.
- Facilitating access to.
child sexual abuse material or other unlawful exploitative content.
Accounts involved in suspected violations may be immediately restricted or terminated.
Where appropriate or legally required, KidsKosmos may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities or competent organizations.
9. CHILD TRAFFICKING AND EXPLOITATION
KidsKosmos must not be used to facilitate:
- Child trafficking.
- Child exploitation.
- Forced labor involving children.
- Commercial exploitation of children.
- Illegal adoption arrangements.
- Sale or transfer of children.
- Recruitment of children for harmful activities.
Any suspected activity may result in immediate account action and reporting to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
10. HARASSMENT AND BULLYING
Users must not use KidsKosmos to:
- Bully children.
- Harass children.
- Threaten children.
- Humiliate children.
- Intimidate children.
- Discriminate against children.
- Encourage self-harm or harmful behavior.
- Repeatedly contact a child in an unwanted manner.
Reports of harassment will be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken.
11. EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY
KidsKosmos recognizes that children’s emotional and psychological wellbeing is important.
Users must not:
- Manipulate children.
- Threaten children.
- Intentionally frighten children.
- Shame children.
- Encourage harmful behavior.
- Exploit emotional vulnerabilities.
- Pressure children to disclose unnecessary personal information.
Professionals should use age-appropriate and respectful communication.
12. CHILD INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Children’s information must be handled responsibly.
Users must not:

- Download Child information for unauthorized purposes.
- Share Child information with unauthorized individuals.
- Use Child information for unrelated purposes.
- Sell Child information.

- Attempt to identify children outside the intended service.

13. PARENT AND GUARDIAN INVOLVEMENT
Where appropriate and required by applicable law, Parents or Guardians may be involved in:
- Account creation.
- Child profile management.
- Consent.
- Service selection.
- Communication.
- Access to information.
- Privacy requests.
- Data deletion requests.
KidsKosmos may verify a person’s identity or authority before providing access to Child information.
14. PROFESSIONAL VERIFICATION
Where KidsKosmos permits Professionals to create professional accounts, KidsKosmos may request information intended to verify professional identity or credentials.
Depending on the service, verification may include:
- Name.
- Professional designation.
- Organization.
- Registration information.
- Qualifications.
- Certifications.
- Other information reasonably necessary for verification.
Verification does not necessarily guarantee a Professional’s qualifications or service outcomes.
Professionals remain responsible for maintaining valid qualifications and complying with applicable professional requirements.
15. ACCESS CONTROLS
KidsKosmos may use role-based access and other technical controls to limit access to Child information.
Depending on the account type, access may be provided to:
- Parents or Guardians.
- Authorized Professionals.
- Authorized schools.
- Authorized clinics.
- Authorized organizations.
- KidsKosmos personnel who require access for legitimate operational purposes.
Users must not attempt to bypass access restrictions.
16. COMMUNICATION SAFETY
Where communication functionality is available, Users must use communication features appropriately.
Communications involving children must:
- Be relevant to the legitimate purpose.
- Be respectful.
- Follow professional standards where applicable.
- Avoid inappropriate content.
- Avoid unnecessary personal information.
- Respect Parent/Guardian involvement where required.
KidsKosmos may take action against accounts that misuse communication functionality.
17. OFF-PLATFORM COMMUNICATION
Users must not use KidsKosmos to facilitate inappropriate or unauthorized communication outside the platform.
Examples include attempting to move a Child to:
- Private messaging services.
- Personal social-media accounts.
- Personal email.
- Unauthorized phone communication.
- Other private channels.
unless such communication is legitimately required, appropriately authorized, and consistent with applicable professional and legal requirements.
18. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users are responsible for content they submit to KidsKosmos.
Content must not:
- Sexualize children.
- Exploit children.
- Encourage child abuse.
- Facilitate grooming.
- Reveal unnecessary Child information.
- Encourage harmful behavior.
- Threaten or harass children.
- Violate applicable law.
KidsKosmos may remove content that violates this Policy.
19. REPORTING CHILD-SAFETY CONCERNS
If you believe that a Child may be at risk or that someone is violating this Policy, report the concern to KidsKosmos immediately.

20. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
KidsKosmos is not an emergency-response service.
If a Child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services, police, child-protection authority, healthcare provider, or other appropriate authority immediately.
Do not wait for KidsKosmos to respond before contacting emergency authorities when there is an immediate threat to a Child’s safety.
21. HOW KIDSKOSMOS RESPONDS TO REPORTS
When a child-safety concern is reported, KidsKosmos may take reasonable steps based on the circumstances.
These steps may include:
- Reviewing the report.
- Assessing the potential risk.
- Preserving relevant information where appropriate and legally permitted.
- Restricting access to relevant accounts.
- Removing prohibited content.
- Contacting affected users where appropriate.
- Requesting additional information.
- Taking corrective or disciplinary action.
- Suspending or terminating accounts.
- Reporting suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
The specific response may depend on:
- Severity.
- Credibility.
- Available evidence.
- Applicable law.
- Safety considerations.
- The identities and roles of involved users.
22. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION FOR SAFETY REASONS
KidsKosmos may immediately suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that:
- A Child may be at risk.
- The account is being used for exploitation.
- Grooming is suspected.
- Unauthorized contact is suspected.
- Prohibited content has been uploaded.
- A serious violation of this Policy has occurred.
- Continued access may create a safety risk.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, KidsKosmos may investigate before making a final decision.
23. TERMINATION FOR CHILD-SAFETY VIOLATIONS
KidsKosmos may permanently terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations of this Policy.
Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect a Child or prevent further harm.
Termination does not prevent KidsKosmos from taking additional action where required.
24. REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES
KidsKosmos may report suspected illegal activity involving children to appropriate law-enforcement, child-protection, regulatory, or other competent authorities where:
- Required by law.
- Necessary to protect a Child.
- Appropriate based on the circumstances.
- Necessary to comply with a lawful request.
We may cooperate with lawful investigations and requests from competent authorities.
25. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT
Where legally required, KidsKosmos may cooperate with:
- Law-enforcement agencies.
- Child-protection authorities.
- Courts.
- Regulatory authorities.

- Use age-appropriate communication.
- Respect Parent/Guardian involvement where required.
- Avoid unnecessary private communication.
- Protect Child information.
- Follow applicable professional and legal standards.
KidsKosmos does not replace professional regulatory bodies or professional codes of conduct.
32. PARENT/GUARDIAN REPORTS
Parents or Guardians may report:
- Inappropriate professional behavior.
- Unauthorized access.
- Suspicious communication.
- Inappropriate content.
- Safety concerns.
- Suspected abuse.
- Privacy concerns.
- Other child-safety issues.

Submitting a report in good faith will not itself result in disciplinary action merely because the concern cannot ultimately be substantiated.

Users must not threaten, harass, intimidate, or punish another person for reporting a genuine safety concern.
